My Story
I'm Kayla, a 30 something momma with anxiety, depression, ADHD, infertility issues and a history of loss. Yup I'm putting it all out there for the world, because I am human just like you, I have three kiddos at home, ages ranging from 2-14 and a husband of five years. You'll noticed I mentioned above about infertility and loss. I get questions all the time from friends, family and new clients how could I possibly photograph moms to be and new babies, when I have so much grief in my life. And honestly, it's sometimes not easy, but I want you to know that all my grief and loss has brought me to this position in my life. Sharing this experience with new moms, documenting and telling their stories. It might not be easy, but I've been reminded through my struggles how important it is to document this part of life, and while my babies in heaven weren't documented, there are babies here on earth who should be. While I specialize in maternity photography and newborn photography, my brand encompasses motherhood. Which sometimes includes a scope outside of those two things, Photographing your family as it grows in age is one of those things as well. Family session fees start at $600
